Discussion
Myristica debilis A. DC. in DC. Prodr. 14: 697. 1857
Type locality: Panure, Rio Uaupes, Amazonas, Brazil.
According to Ducke, this species occurs in "catiniga" near Camanaos. Its leaf shape and compact inflorescences immediately distinguish the plant.
