Discussion
This species differs from Dacryodes glabra (Steyerm.) Cuatr. in the shape and apex of the leaflets, the type of reticulation, and the larger fruits. From D. roraimensis Cuatr. it differs in the smaller fruits, fewer lateral nerves of the much smaller leaflets with a different type of nervation.
