Description
Species Description - Spore morphology: Size: 11-14 µm in diameter, mean 13 µm. Color: light brown to yellowish brown, sometimes green. Shape: usually spherical. Sculpture: gemmate, the gemmae usually irregularly distributed (Figs. 7, 8, 10, 11) or occasionally with a more regular distribution and isome interspersed bare regions (Figs. 9, 12), 0.3-0.7 µm. in diameter, 0.2-0.3 µm in height, covered with large conic to rounded papillae (Figs. 10, 11) or sometimes nearly smooth (Fig. 12), the spore surface between the gemmae smooth or often with randomly scattered granules.
