Description
Species Description - Densely caespitose perennials; culms 40-80cm tall. Leaves: blade 13-30 cm x 1.5 -3.5 mm, flat to more commonly inrolled, glabrous, Inflorescences 15-30 x 1-2 cm, loosely spicate; branches borne singly at nodes, the lowest 1.5 - 5 cm long, ascending. SPikelets 1.5 - 1.9 mm long, grayish - green; lower glume 0.3-0.5 mm long, the upper glume 0.6-0.8 mm long.
