    Species Description - Epiphytes with pendent stems, variable in length, to 25 cm. Leaves numerous, equitant, tightly imbricate, conduplicate, rigid, completely enveloping stem, 1.3-1.7 cm long. Inflorescences subterminal. Flowers solitary, yellow with darkbrown markings on lip; sepals subequal, ovate, acute, reflexed and parallel to ovary, 4.5 X 3 mm; petals oblong-elliptic, truncate, 5 X 3 mm; lip 3-lobed, 6 mm long, the lateral lobes spreading at right angles to midlobe, lanceolate, acute, 6 mm across at apices, the midlobe spathulate-obpandurate, margin irregular, central callus denticulate-tuberculate, the callus basal, transverse, smooth; column short, with prominent, serrate wings.
