Description
Species Description - Herb. Leaves needle-like, ca. 3-4 X 0.5 mm, the apex not conspicuously bidentate in our collection (Granville 3302). mm diam; sepals green, lanceolate, 5 mm long; petals roselilac, orbicular, 5 mm long; anthers yellow, with a well-developed apical tube; ovary green.

Discussion
Note: the illustration of the fruit is based on Prance et al. 16012, a collection with bi- Pedicel long and slender, 15-20 mm long. Flowers ca. 3-5 dentate leaf apices.
