Description
Species Description - Herbs, 10-20 cm high. Stems and leaves white to brown. Leaves 1-2 mm long. Infloresences with pedicels 2-4 mm long. Flowers white, 8-10 mm long; stigmas provided with yellow, tortuous, filiform appendages. Capsules including obliquely abscised persistent part of perianth 3.5-4 mm long.
Distribution and Ecology - Fl (Jan, Feb, May, Nov); fr (Feb); in non-flooded forest, from 200 to 400 m.
