    Species Description - Plants epiphtyic. Rhizomes creeping, with spreading brownish-red scales with glandular or ciliate margins. Fronds widely spaced along rhizome, 20-80 cm long, glabrous; phyllopodium naked, 10-80 mm long, articulate with petiole well above base; petiole shorter than blade; blade 15-55 X 3-8 cm, shiny green, the narrowed apex 2-4 cm long, the midrib with some cordate scales. Sori, for the most part, located towards midrib; indusia reniform or round, glabrous.

    Distribution and Ecology - On mossy trunks in lowland forest.
