    Species Description - Plants terrestrial. Rhizomes erect or ascending. Fronds monomorphic, 4(5)-pinnate; petiole 2-15 cm long, not winged; blade lanceolate to sublanceolate, 8-10 X 6-8 cm; rachis not winged; pinnae alternate or subopposite, 12-20 on each side; pinnules alternate; segments 0.2-0.6 mm wide. Involucres conical, terminal, 1-1.5 mm long, the lips not spreading.

    Distribution and Ecology - In shady forests at higher altitudes.
