  Genus Description - Plants terrestrial. Rhizomes creeping, ascending, or erect, with scales at apex. Fronds monomorphic, 1-4-pinnate; petiole not articulate; blade with varied texture; veins pinnate. Sori elliptic to linear; indusium lateral.
