Description
Species Description - Plants yellow-brown. Leaves loosely erect when dry, spreading when moist, channeled above, lance-acuminate from a narrow base, acute, entire; costa filling most of the subula, percurrent; upper cells narrowly rectangular, firmwalled; lower cells laxer, firm-walled. Dioicous. Setae yellowish; capsules ellipsoidal, small-mouthed; annulus ± broad; peristome about 100 µm high, papillose. Spores 18-22 µm, coarsely papillose.
