    Species Description - Rhizome short-creeping, 4-7 mm diam., blackish or slightly pruinose; rhizome scales 23 mm long, 0.8-1.0 mm wide, clathrate, deltate-lanceolate, acuminate, margin erose; fronds (20-)30-60 cm long, clumped; stipe 2-9 cm long, 1/10 the frond length; blade narrowly elliptic or linear-oblong, 3.0-5.5 cm wide, base cuneate, apex acuminate or abruptly narrowed and caudate; main lateral veins immersed to barely visible, not differentiated from cross-veins in terms of size and color; sori 4-6-seriate between midvein and margin.
