Description
Species Description - Rhizome blackish, filiform, much-branched, the fronds scattered but numerous and imbricate, the plants forming mats. Fronds 2-4.5 cm long, the stipes usually much shorter than the blades, marginate to narrowly winged from near the base. Blades ovate-orbicular to ovate or oblong, mostly 1.5-3 cm long, intricately 2-pinnatifid, the ultimate divisions flabellately divided, with closely approximate segments 0.7-1 mm broad. Sori often numerous, terminating many outer segments of apical half of blade, very small, usually not over 1 mm long, the valves pale green and delicately translucent, flat, entire.
