Variety Description - Characterized in key to varieties.
Distribution and Ecology - On sandstone outcrops and in campo rupestre at ± 1125-1275 m, known only from the heights of Sa. do Cipó, near 19°15'S, and from mun. Gouveia, near 18°30'S in upland centr. Minas Gerais.—Fl. I-V.
