Petals 3 (rarely 4), more or less obovate, apex rounded, crispate along the edge, similar in tomenturn to though slightly longer than the sepals. Receptacle white-villous. Ovary ovoid; style slender, ca 2.0 mm long. Fruit baccate, ovoid-subglobose, green when fresh, blackish when dry, 5.0-8.0(-10.0) mm diam, pulpy within the thin-leathery pericarp; seeds numerous, ovoid, 1.0-1.5 mm long; testa black, shining, striate lengthwise.
