Description:

Small tree, 7 m x 8 cm, the trunk uneven around circumference. Bark smooth. Stems reddish-brown, with white lenticels. Leaf blade glabrous adaxially, with trichomes in axils between midrib and secondary veins abaxially, the margins distinctly serrate, with several smaller teeth between larger teeth, the secondary veins slightly offset basally to alternate apically. Fruits immature, with thin, green covering, the endocarp hard, whitish (when exocarp and mesocarp removed), slightly ribbed,. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

Along trail in deciduous forest.
