Description:

Perennial herb with flowering stems 20 cm tall; corolla greenish-cream with reddish-brown spots. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.

Habitat:

Gallery forest, often inundated, and adjacent grassy campo with scattered trees and shrubs sloping down to gallery forest; edge of forest.
