Description:

Shrub, 2.3 m tall. Bark silvery, scaling in irregular long strips below. Blaze pale pink, soon darkening to deep red. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
Habitat:

Growing in cerrado formation on a North-facing stony slope. Trees rather sparse.
