Location:

Brazil. Bahia. Serra do Sincorá. NW face of Serra de Ouro, to the E of the Barra da Estiva - Ituaçú road, about 9 km S of Barra da Estiva. F6. Alt. 1300 - 1500 m. (4265 - 4921 ft.)

Description:

Vigorous twiner with viscid white latex. Leaves bright green, slightly coriaceous, plae beneath. Sepals greenish, tinged purple. Corolla cream. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Sandstone massif, with grassy middle slopes with wet flushes below summit & montane woodland on steep rocky north face.
