Description:

Foetid climber to about 1 m with viscid white latex and sulphureous odour when crushed. Stems bare with thick corky ridged bark below. Flowers greenish. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Dry hillside with metamorphic rocks, grazed caatinga and dry sandy river bed. This plant scrambling among rocks.
