Description:

shrub. Unbranched shrub 40cm, fruits globose, immature. On steep forested slope above baixio. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Steeply hilly terrain with lian forest on crests, open forest with palms on slopes, and many areas of "baixio" (open forest with palms, sporadically flooded by overflowing streams).
