Description:

Woody climber to ca. 4 m. Leaves rather dark green above, grey-green beneath. Sepals and sepal glands green. Petals yellow, claws turning red with age. Young fruit green with pink-tinged wings. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Caatinga.
