Description:

terrestrial herb. Terrestrial herb to 30cm, corolla white except for lateral violet stripes flanking center of lower lobe. Photo. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

"Salao" (mostly herbaceous vegetation on mild or more often steep levees. Soil hard and brittle, generally moist due to seepage and to small streams and waterfalls of clear water.
