Description:

Erect shrub at edge, 3 m. tall, with central stem and layered, horizontal branches. Leaves green above, greenish white below, with little odor when crushed, the veins impressed above. Inflorescence held downward below the leaves. Corolla white, with greenish star; anthers yellow; style white. Fruit green, held downward. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
Habitat:

Medium tall tropical evergreen forest, flat,. With Phenakospermum guayanense, Scheelea, Orbignya phalerata. The soil clay-silt.
