Description:

Independent tree, 18 m. tall, 16 cm. in diameter, the trunk straight, on stilt roots to 1.5 m tall; bark very finely furrowed and flaky. Fruit green, with sticky latex when cut. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Tropical evergreen forest (mata de terra firme sobre latosolo amarelo).
