Description:

Tree, 6 m tall, #1367 in transect. Leaves shiny dark green above, glaucous green beneath; inflorescences cauliflorous; flowers creamy yellow, petals bright maroon towards base. Flowers in ETOH. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Southern Bahian wet forest.
