Description:

Tree 10m x 8cm, thorny, outer bark gray, smooth, thin, inner bark pale yellow. Petals white, ovary dark green.
Habitat:

Near high-water mark. Vegetation dominated by Heliconia, Cordia, Hura, Sloanea, Theobroma.
Feature Notes:

Female specimen. incluindo Z. acreanum Krause Only 3-merous species in the genus!
