terrestrial herb. Erect herb to 15 cm; flowers white with transverse purple marks on lower tip of corolla. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Salao vegetation: herbs, thin-stemmed lianas and small trees on steep riverbank. Soil very hard and bumpy.
