Description:

Shrub ca. 2-2.5 m tall, growing in light gap in 40 m tall canopy forest. Leaves papyraceous, discolor. Bracts pale green. Corolla pale pink.

Habitat:

Varzea forest on left side of river. Seasonally innundated from January to March.
