Bolivia. Cochabamba. Chaparé Prov. Main highway from Cochabamba to Villa Tunari; near Río San Jacinto, ca. km 95-100 and just west of the police station/checkpoint. Alt. 1900m. (6234 ft.)

Description:

Terrestrial herb, 40-60 cm tall. Fibrous roots present. Stems erect; rarely branched. Abaxial leaf surface green. Calyx green. Corolla tubular; mostly red on outside; throat yellow; lobes yellow with red spots.
Habitat:

Premontane forest.
