Description:

Terrestrial herb to 0.75 m tall. Stems semi-woody (not succulent - Cf. Clark #6011). Abaxial leaf surface usually green; sometimes red. Corolla red and tubular (spotting on lobes absent).

Habitat:

Premontane wet forest.
