Description:

Tree. Tree 35 m x 90 cm, low broad plank buttresses, outer bark brown, shed in long irregular plates, thin, inner bark tan, thick brittle, sap blood-red. Fruits borne above crown. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

"Baixio": forest in low-lying area. Frequent locally.
