Description:

Shrubby tree, ca. 10 m tall, inflorescence axes mostly tan-brown, somewhat reddish distally, fruits white, maturing blue-purple (=1354?); SILICA COLLECTION.

Habitat:

Tall moist forest on clay soil terra firme, mature forest but with some trees selectively havested, level terrain.
