Description:

Tree 30 m, dbh 43 cm; bark more or less smooth; leaves dark green and shiny adaxially, dull abaxially; crushed leaves with a strong aromatic smell; infructescence axes and cupulae green; fruits green, slightly glaucous and with lighter points. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Montane tropical moist forest. Primary.
