Description:

Tree. Cauliflorous tree 13 m x 9.4 cm diam, outer bark smooth, gray, buds only, only one fruit seen, monocarps immature, turning red. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

Habitat:

Primary upland forest on level terrain, open canopy, many lianas and understory palms. Rare.
