Description:

Cultivated, NTBG 960813.005, grown from seed wild collected at Yela River Valley, Kosrae, FSM (Lorence 7879). Tree 6 m tall with pagoda-like branch whorls, trunk 15 cm DBH, new lvs. reddish beneath. Flowers white, faintly sweet fragrant (5 PM). Fruits ellipsoid, green, ripening purple, pericarps fleshy, 1-seeded. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
