Small tree 7 m high, 7 cm. DBH. Bark gray, smooth, lichen patches. Yellow flrs. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Secondary lowland forest. Through secondary forest of Cecropia, Trema, etc. Wet tropical forest on Amazon basin.
