Description:

Shrub 2.5 m. tall. Inflorescence erect; fruit green, erect. Corolla white; anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

Habitat:

At edge of forest. Tall tropical evergreen forest, with the large trees recently removed. Slightly hilly, with outcrops of schist. Lecythidaceae, Orbignya phalerata.
