Tree 28 m. tall, 30.5 cm. dbh., without buttresses, without exudate; bark grid-cracked, burgundy and brown, soft; inner bark hard, 6 mm. thick, gritty, light orange, with cucumber smell; sapwood tan, with darker streaks. Latosolo amarelo. Reser.
