Using visual evidence, found where Rio Branco is in village of Serra da Lua, then approximated the geographic center (along banks of Rio Branco). Used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates. Used measurement tool (Google Maps) to measure from coordinates to the center of the nearest named place, Caracaraí. Halved this distance to find linear extent of Iracema, 38585.7 m.. Used linear extent as uncertainty radius.)
