Description:

About 3 m tall above water level. Leaves more or less coriaceous, rather thin and pliable, adax. Glossy bright green, abax. Semiglossy and pale with dirty yellowish nerves. Ovary and calyx matte, green. Petals and filaments pink, anthers white. Flower "heads" very dense.

Orilla inundada del rio Temi.
