Description:

Tree 25.9cm dbh, 13m tall. Bole compressed. Buttresses steep, planks 0.5m tall. Outer bark hark, lenticellate, dark yellowish-brown. Inner bark hard, plain, reddish-orange, turning dark brown after 5 minutes. Very strong turpene smell. Sapwood yellow-white. Flowers green. Fruits red.
Habitat:

Non-flooded moist forest.
