Description:

Stems cespitose, with one main stem and several shoots at base 5 m tall, 30cm diam. Leaves 25, erect; pinnae regularly arranged and spreading in the same pane. Ripe fruits from gound, 7x4.5 cm, splitting lengthways to expose soft, orange mesoc.
