Description:

Slender tree 8 m. tall, 7 cm. in diam. Leaves green above, rusty below. Inflorescencia erect; flowers whit; fruit, then purple-black. Voucher for wood specimen, MASw 46064. The soil fine sandy and clay. With Phenacospermum, Orbignya phalerata.
