Description:

Hemiepiphytic appressed-climber; internodes medium to dark green, weakly glossy; cataphylls weakly and narrowly 2-ribbed, medium green, deciduous but persisting at upper nodes; petioles obtusely flattened adaxially, medium green, obscurely short darker-lineate; blades thinly coriaceous, dark green and velvety above, much paler, purple-tinged and matte below; midrib broadly flattened convex and slightly paler above, broadly convex and yellow-green below; primary lateral veins quilted-pleated and paler above, pleated-raised and greenish below; minor veins moderately fine and close below.
