Description:

Tree, c 6 m high, 14 cms diam. Bark pale brown. Slash: bark pink with prominent straw coloured vertical streaks. Wood pale straw with concentric brown rings. Flowers yellowish-green. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

In high cerrado at transition to 'Terra preta forest'.
