Description:

Tree (becomes very large) # 1258. Bright red seeds used for making necklaces. Regeneration less than 10cm DBH from one of five sub-plots 5m X 1m. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Moist terra firme forest on mild slope. Dominated by Eschweilera and Protium.
