Description:

Unbranched, or rarely branched and then sometimes without obvious signs of damagae. Leaves in whorl-like clusters near branch tips, each branch with 1-5 such whorls. Flowers orange. Fruits yellowish orange. Flowers and young fruits found on the same plant, mature fruits only on plants without flowers. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

Habitat:

Disturbed riverside forest on sandy soil.
