Description:

Plant 1 is a shrub 2.5 m. tall, plant 2 is tree 3.5 m. tall. Flowers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Tree and scrub woodland of "cerrado" vegetation, locally called "chapada" (trees of Qualea grandiflora, Curatella americana, Parkia platycephala, Anacardium occidentale var., etc.), with grassy ground layer (Trachypogon plumosus) containing few low shrubs.
