terrestrial herb. Terrestrial herb to 1 m; inflorescences arising from ground, bracts pale green, corolla white; fruits orange, 3-lobed, seeds blue. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Undulating terrain. Disturbed terra firme forest with open canopy, source of disturbance unknown (bamboo die-back ?).
